How Transfer ToGo works
Four steps: request, quote, confirmation, ride. Each step records who acted and when, so accommodation, driver and traveller always see the same status.
In preparation. Transfer ToGo is being prepared: we are building the network of licensed NCC operators and accommodation partners. The service cannot be booked yet. Applications are reviewed one by one and do not grant automatic access.
Applications for this category are not open right now.
1. Request and quote
The request is sent with route, time and passengers. The NCC operator proposes the price; nothing is due until the quote is accepted.
2. Confirmation and payment
A booking is only considered paid after the payment is verified on the server: a redirect in the browser is never enough.
3. Ride and completion
Tracking is active from 'driver on the way' until completion or cancellation. Waiting times and delays are recorded with their reason.
